Overview
This policy applies to PainterAR and related Wise Shell apps, including Pencil Greeting and ARword. The AI drawing section applies only to PainterAR. We use information to provide, protect, and support the features you choose to use.
Information we use
Depending on the features you use, we may process information you provide, such as account or support details; creative material and activity you submit; purchase-verification information; and limited device, request, and security data.
When you use AI drawing, we process the creative material you select, your chosen style and instructions, and the generated artwork. We also use limited request and purchase-verification information to provide the feature, manage usage limits, protect the service, and resolve issues. Apple handles App Store payments. We receive the information needed to verify access, not your full payment-card details.
AI drawing and third-party AI
AI drawing is optional. After you review the in-app notice and consent, the creative material you select is sent to our server and processed by the Seedream model, a third-party AI image-generation model, to create the artwork you requested. You can decline consent and continue using other app features. Please submit only material you are authorized to use.
We require third-party AI and other service providers to protect the information they process for us and use it only to provide their services, subject to applicable law and their service terms.
Storage and deletion
Creative material uploaded for AI drawing is automatically deleted from our systems within 3 days after upload. Generated artwork is automatically deleted from our systems within 3 days after it is created.
Limited purchase, usage, and security records may be kept longer when needed to operate the service, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Service providers may retain records where required by law or under their applicable service terms.
Your choices
You may decline AI processing before submitting creative material and stop using the feature at any time. To withdraw consent for future processing, ask a question, or request access to or deletion of information, contact support@painterar.com. We will verify requests and respond as required by applicable law.
Children
PainterAR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
