Welcome to Wise Shell ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our mobile applications, including PainterAR, Pencil Greeting, ARword, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. APP STORE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some of our Services (e.g., PainterAR) may offer auto-renewing subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms mandated by Apple:

Payment: Charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

3. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Wise Shell grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, text, and graphics, are owned by Wise Shell or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our Services without our written permission.

4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Services or any other person. Prohibited activities include:

Using the App for any illegal activity.

Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App.

Harassing or harming other users.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISE SHELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
